The Myers’ Cocktail is a type of intravenous (IV) therapy that contains a combination of vitamins and minerals.

It was first developed by Dr. John Myers, a physician from Baltimore, Maryland, who used it to treat various medical conditions, including fatigue, migraines, nutrient deficiencies and fibromyalgia.

The original Myers' cocktail formulation includes:

  • Vitamin C

  • B vitamins (such as B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, and B12)

  • Magnesium

  • Calcium

  • Other mineral: zinc, selenium, and manganese

Myers' cocktail boosts energy, improves immune function, and helps with conditions like asthma, allergies, and migraines. The Myers' cocktail is typically added to normal saline and administered as an intravenous infusion over an hour.
